Hello
Hi! I'm Jaime. In my free time I love to hang out with my kids. I have a son who is 9 and a daughter who is almost 10 months. I love to cook and hope to get back to the gym soon. In the spring, summer and fall you can find me sprucing up yards in Hamilton Co. I love going to concerts. Every July, my family and I head up north for vacation!
My Story
Jaime Roadruck comes to IS&F with almost 23 years of experience working with family and children. Jaime started out working in a residential facility in their day treatment program. Jaime then went on to work for the Department of Children services. She worked there on the assessment side of DCS. Jaime then started working as a Care coordinator, working with the children and family that were involved with the system. Jaime also worked for a short time as a foster care specialist helping to support the foster families. Most recently Jaime worked for Child advocates assisting families to help provide support with the DMHA Wrap around services.
Jaime received a degree in liberal arts at Purdue University class of 1998. Jaime then went back to school to get her teaching degree at St. Joesph college in Rensselaer IN. Jaime really likes to think outside of the box to get positive results. When working at DCS, she saw that many families were court ordered to do the same thing over and over again even if the service was not needed for that family. With Wraparound the child and the family get their voices heard. They get buy in on the program to be successful. The most inspiring part about this job is that you get to see the progression of successes and bring them to light of families who have lived in the dark for so long.
